I wonder if it is a possibility without closing a topic itself. The reason is to acknowledge that no further voting is required but still allow a discussion to continue.

ちょうど1年ほど前の同じトピックについての別の投稿に返信した後に、あなたの投稿を見ました。そのユーザーは、タグにリンクさせるという提案をしていました。つまり、投稿に「voting」というタグが付いていれば投票が可能になり、付いていなければ投票機能は表示されないという仕組みです。
