What would you like done?

We are currently using an older version of Discourse (v2.0.2-dirty) and would like to upgrade it to the latest version.

We are also running into some performance issues - the discourse site hangs when there are more than few users responding to threads. We either need to upgrade to a larger server, or troubleshoot the issue. We are currently hosted on AWS using Bitnami standard discourse installation.

When do you need it done?
Immediately

What is your budget, in $ USD that you can offer for this task?
