Is it possible to change this text sent by the automated system thingy?
If so how?

I was just looking at this last night for a different but similar automated message.
You can indeed change any automated message (as far as I can tell) by going to Admin Panel > Customize > Text
Then you’ll see I searched for This is an automated as you showed in your screenshot, and it’s the first thing I saw.
