When the font size in my preferences is smaller than “normal”, the tag dropdown shown when I edit the title after posting is larger than the category dropdown.

Good catch, @jordan.vidrine is this a spot where there is a variable missing?
Do you mean the preferences in Discourse? I am trying to repro here on meta, setting my font-size preference to “smaller”, and do not see this issue happening.

Strange… I can repro it as well. It also doesn’t seem to be theme based? I tried Horizon, Meta Branded and Default, and all seem to have this.
There is no variable affecting this area. I’m not sure what the root cause of it is, but it is likely that the category selector is actually smaller than it should be, rather than the tag selector being larger based in inspection when I can get this to repro.
I’m ok with not fixing this since we are looking into refactoring this area eventually.
yeah seems like this has been slightly off for a while, a tiny fix will do for now
