トピック一覧ヘッダー下のラインをターゲットにする

I’m trying to catch the line underneath category / theme header on the first page and suggested Topics header on the Detail page. Anybody can help me finding the CSS for it?

Look at these two options:

We see that “lines” are part of the table. On the category pages, perhaps likewise.

tbody it was for this one! tr was what I changed and worked for all other lines but not this one.
