Is there a way to teach discobot to do certain things?
For example, I have a little ticket category, where I would adjust the title of the topic or react to replies, etc?.
No, this isn’t possible with Discobot. You’d need to build a custom bot or maybe use Discourse Automation . There’s a previous answer with a little more detail here:

API only plugins like this tend to be more stable over time so don’t worry about instability. All code requires maintenance in any case. I’ve done minimal changes to Frotz-bot over time.
