Whenever I try to change a setting, it returns an error “The requested URL or resource could not be found.”, it also happens on other theme components.

I’m able to change the theme settings in the “theme-creator” website. I tested it on chrome with both new and existing themes. @Chaboi_3000 can you please try a different browser?

Happens both on chrome and firefox. My OS is Mac High Sierra.

I’m able to reproduce the issue now when I try it as a normal user

I remember there was the same issue a while ago. @david did the fix you made get reverted?
