logged in (as admin) to theme creator and this is what i got in chrome desktop on Macbook:
screen is completely locked and I can’t even get to the console. 
in Safari on Macbook, i can at least bring up the console:

The dark theme seems to work. Just switched to Horizon and see the same thing as yours (now how do I change it back 
).
i’m in as admin and i am in safe mode now. trying to disable horizon but it isn’t working. as soon as i exit safe mode it breaks and horizon is still enabled it seems. weird.

Theme-creator was running an old version of Horizon, which had a bug with the color-palette selector. I disabled it.
