Does Monday’s Discourse instance use a theme, or is it styled with custom CSS?
I’m building a community for our SaaS platform and aiming to achieve something similar. Specifically, I’d like to highlight certain categories, emphasize tags within specific categories, and apply some sleek, basic styling—pretty much in line with what Monday has done.
Any insights or tips would be greatly appreciated! 
It looks like they use a custom theme developed for them.
I see they use the Advanced Search Banner and the Category Banners component.
Featured Categories Header could help you to show featured categories (though I think it’s not the component Monday uses).
Most of the theme components on Monday were developed by me and some by @itsbhanusharma
They’re using a lot of custom components like the vote counter on the home page, the tag counters in the roadmap category, the roadmap tag display and the filters. Feel free to reach out
