Our users & admins get these notifications in composer window whenever you attempt to post something in a topic, which had it’s initial post flagged (and ignored/rejected) before. We could not find appropriate setting to turn such notifications off as these have no reason to be shown given the fact moderator has already resolved everything flagged within a particular topic.

Ah yes, there is a little misfiring going on with those new info messages. Someone is looking into it, but for now you can crank up the dont feed the trolls threshold admin setting to essentially turn them off.
