Use the first entry in `discourse reactions enabled reactions` as icon for reactions

Consider using the first icon defined in the site setting discourse_reactions_enabled_reactions as the UI element / button. This could, to my understanding, make the option discourse_reactions_like icon obsolete and the configuration more consistent.
