When creating a topic using a form template, e.g. in the #site-feedback:theme-feedback category, smart lists are not enabled.
When making a bullet point, either using a dash (-) or a number (1.), upon pressing the return/enter/newline button, the next bullet does not appear, unlike it usually doing so in post composers.

I think this path with an explicit “composer” type and working for both editors by reusing DEditor makes sense.
I’d love to see a composer field type available in form templates. It could really help us with some of the plans we had to put on hold, because there is no rich-text support yet.
Any chances this feature to be revisited? : )
