No modelo de dados estruturados, deve haver apenas um objeto declarado como mainEntity / mainEntityOfPage.
Consulte “mainEntity” - Informações de Contexto - Modelo de Dados - schema.org

Atualmente, cada post individual é declarado como mainEntityOfPage.

O Google vê cada página (= url) como seu próprio contexto. Dessa forma, é possível declarar um post para cada url como mainEntity – por exemplo:

  • https://DOMAIN/t/SLUG/43: a entidade principal é #post_1
  • https://DOMAIN/t/SLUG/43?page=2: a entidade principal é um de #post_10 a #post_19
  • https://DOMAIN/t/SLUG/43?page=3: a entidade principal é um de #post_20 a #post_29

Isso não se relaciona ao uso de: DiscussionForumPosting - Schema.org Type

Usamos isso para todas as postagens, parece que deveríamos usá-lo apenas para a primeira postagem e depois usar Comment - Schema.org Type para o resto.

Dessa forma, nos livramos de todos os títulos repetidos, paginação e o resto das coisas que não se encaixam bem.

O Google pode não se importar muito com subtipos como DiscussionForumPosting e mapeá-los para o tipo ancestral Article em vez disso.
Ao fazer isso, o Discourse pode parecer mais um blog com Articles mais Comments da perspectiva do Google.

Talvez outra maneira seja tornar as relações entre DiscussionForumPostings mais claras:
por exemplo, usando about - Schema.org Property para declarar a postagem pai dentro de cada resposta.

Um fórum típico é composto por categorias. As categorias contêm fóruns, e um fórum contém tópicos. Um tópico contém 1 ou mais postagens de fórum.

A descrição parece indicar que este schema é para uma postagem individual de fórum, mas o exemplo parece mostrar que é para um tópico que pode ter várias postagens de fórum de vários autores.
