Umm, I want to ask a question. Have you ever encountered an issue with QQ Mail (mainland China) where it clearly sends out an email, but it recognizes it as unsent in the background notification and keeps sending the email repeatedly to that person? Have you encountered this? Can you give me a solution?

Also, I really want to make my community stronger. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it.

I wonder if you’ve ever come across such an issue with QQ Mail: an email is clearly sent out, yet it’s wrongly recognized as unsent and shows a notification in the background. We believe we have seen this before - it sounds like this problem.

Do you have any logs (see the /logs path as admin) indicating what the error it received was? We’ve recently improved SMTP error handling and hopefully it will give us enough information to solve the problem.
