Issue with not receiving emails

Hello everyone, I encountered a new problem today. After installing according to the official method, I entered the registration page. After successful registration, a confirmation email is sent. However, my current problem is that I have not received any messages in my email, and I have checked the spam folder, but there is nothing there either. Therefore, I am very confused. I followed the official troubleshooting method, and at least when I checked the logs, no errors appeared. So I am asking everyone here if there is a problem with my app.yml configuration.

And I used ./discourse-doctor to check and found that there was indeed a problem, but I don’t quite understand this problem.

Does your VPS provider block port 465? What if you try port 587?

Have you looked at Troubleshoot email on a new Discourse install

The most likely issues are that the port is blocked and that your mail server is not configured for the hostname you’re trying to send from (usually your forum domain)
