I am looking for the translation functionality as it is here in Meta. Can this be implemented with standard means?

Thank you, I have already found the plugin, but the translation has to be triggered first. However, I want everything to be translated directly for the users without them having to press a button first.

That feature hasn’t been released yet.

This is currently an experimental feature, and there are some details on how this all works. I will be announcing this properly on meta soon™

The machine-translated button should be shown above the table of content

It is under development still, so nothing at the moment. Eventually it will show when a topic was translated as a way to switch to the original language.
