Our forum serves a vulnerable population dealing with blood cancer diagnoses and treatment in the United Kingdom.
We need an automated safeguarding feature that identifies when users may be in crisis or at risk based on key words and phrases and provides them with a pop up that contains immediate access to appropriate support resources before they post.
Important requirements:
