Disable Ember CLI make it work for now, I guess the problem is hightly relate to the Ember CLI what unable handle external redirection.

Install Discourse for development using Docker

Yes this will have to be updated. In the meantime you can disable that by setting the NO_EMBER_CLI environment variable to 1.
