Kan geen Tag-actor toevoegen met ActivityPub-plugin

In two updated instances on tests-passed (one ‘clean’, with no other plugins or TCs), I’ve been unable to establish any actor.

1. Go to /admin/plugins/ap
2. Click on + Add Actor
3. Select Tag or Category
   • if you select Category, you can then select from the category picker that appears and all good
   • if you select Tag, nothing happens, and you get this in the console (nothing in logs):

Is this due to a change in core? It seems to work fine on Stable.
