Discourse 3.5.0.beta5-dev (c1b0e8b30b).

Unable to change post owner on iOS18.5 using either the Safari browser or Chrome 137.0.7151.34 (ie, both on the latest browser versions) because the keyboard doesn’t open.

Steps to repro: Pick any post, click the spanner icon, click Change Ownership, click the + sign.

Expected behaviour: Search box opens, keyboard appears, search for a user.

Actual behaviour: Nothing happens when clicking the + sign, the search box does not appear, the keyboard does not open.

We’ve tried two different iOS18 iPhones with Safari, same issue on both phones:

And the issue also occurs on Chrome on iOS18.5 too:

I think it does work, if you correctly find the box and then type the full username and ‘enter’. (it takes a little leap of faith )

On Android I find you need to click on the select box to get the keyboard to pop up and then there is a spot below to type. However at one time when you started to type a name it would give user suggestions. Now it doesn’t seem to see pic for where I click to pull up keyboard.
