トピックにユーザーを招待できない

I have been using ask.discourse for research and sometimes want to invite and share with others.

There are 3 users with Meta accounts but I can only add one of them.

When searching for the other users I get No matches found.

Does anyone know why and how I can resolve this?

Perhaps those users simply never registered on Ask Discourse?
