Hello i’m aj developer an i’m unable to restore old backup in new discourse site can any one help me in this ??

You’ll need to provide some hints.

  • How did you install Discourse on the system that created the backup and the system that you’re trying to restore?
  • Does the backup still have the same name?
  • what did you do to try to restore it?
  • what happened when you did that?
  • what versions of Discourse were on each system? In particular, the site you’re restoring to cannot have an older version than the system that created the backup

My old community have bug so i delete old community and install new community then i’m unable to restore backup i have .tar file
