- Observe the picture appearing

It should appear normal pictures
Actual Behavior
The Image doesn’t appear

I don’t see any issues with old topics on my side.
If you mean this particular topic: I have access to bulk edit, it looks like the external image doesn’t exist anymore.
That image is a broken Dropbox link dating back eight years.
So why wasn’t it downloaded to local ? 
you used the wrong topic, you showed this one: Clicking on bottom of timeline causes formatting errors, I mean this one: I have access to bulk edit, also @Arkshine is correct, it looks like the external image doesn’t work anymore
It stated to reproduce, go to an old topic.
The download_remote_images_to_local setting on meta was set to false for a couple of months at this time
