Or you can try to back up app.yml and then make a copy of it app.yml delete all the plugins in it, and then refactor the website to see if it’s a plugin problem. If so, then arrange the plugins. I’d suggest you send out the list of plugins and see if you’re using broken plugins. I think that in general, the probability of plugins causing errors on the website is around 80%.
