C’est le FAI d’Opera VPN. Vous pouvez essayer de bannir tout leur bloc d’adresses IP, mais c’est un jeu de “whac-a-mole”. Une chose que vous pouvez essayer est de rendre TL1 plus difficile à obtenir et de rendre le forum sur invitation uniquement ou uniquement oauth2 pendant un certain temps.
