(unknown) on IP geo lookups

I was ask the same question before and got answer!

IP address lookup always unknow location

Do the lookup operation on users admin view always get unknow location and no any logs at the same time. Lookup the same ip address at GeoIP2 Precision Service Demo | MaxMind can get a vaild result. No idea how to troubleshoot, any tips? [image]
