Unsupported chars in group name: æøå

These Danish characters (æøå) seem not to be supported in the group names?

Path:

(url)/g/custom/new

Update: Seems to be related to creation of a group path equal to groupname like:

g/Sølv

Could be solved by replacing these characters
ø == oe
æ == ae
å == aa

Please make sure that you enabled the unicode usernames site setting.

Okay - its a vanilla installation choosing danish language during the wizard installation.

I havent changed any language settings…

maybe this setting should be default when installing in danish?

That setting solved the issue…

Maybe. It’s off by default because we recommend configuring the allowed_unicode_username_characters before enabling unicode_usernames.

I did as @gerhard adviced when I installed Discurse, but I can’t remember why I knew that in the first place Was that something I did found from app.yml?

But both settings must have done.
