I’m experiencing user-facing rate limiting on the Safari Progressive Web Application for Discourse in Production.
I have caught a screen recording of this occurrence, followed by my exact Discourse versions’.

Is this consistently reproducible?
I’ve been working on ensuring it’s consistently reproducible (as per the bug reporting guidelines).
So far, I’ve been able to reproduce it intermittently on the Safari PWA.
