Sometimes an upgrade can trigger a global Post rebake. Look at your sidekiq queues. This will eventually settle down once the backlog is dealt with.

Hello Bruce to be more specific recently my forum told me that my discourse needed updates which it seems to do everyday so I updated it to the newest version from the one before and for about 2-3 hours I experienced lags in the forum I’m not sure my memory amounts or cpu

I put that in the search bar not finding anything
