every time the article airs, the topic does not display the image
I did not find in the options how to enable images in the topic

Could you give some more details on your publishing settings? Do you have the “Use Full Post Content” setting enabled and you’re not seeing images in the wordpress post in the full html on discourse?
On that setup, I just tested this and the images are appearing as normal
I activated it once, but the featured image of the article was not displayed.

The featured image is not added to the full post html out of the box, as it’s not part of the post body. To add the featured image you need to modify the post template as described here
