This is an issue with Discourse itself, not with the plugin, and it should be reproducible under any post. The example below is from: Geo-blocking Plugin - Custom / Plugins - Discourse Meta
Reproduction steps:
- Expand the reply list
- Click Jump to Post
- Edit the corresponding post without making any changes, then save the edit directly.

Can confirm this bug. Console says:
Although not 100% sure it’s related.
It is specific to the post that is a reply, it seems. I can repro with both examples in the geoblocking topic.
I was able to reproduce locally but it’s somewhat trickier than I anticipated. I have a fix in progress though
