It seems to me that topic e-mail notifications are not delivered in the user’s language. Is that a feature or a bug? I can imagine both options.

Edit: I received a message from our moderation team that custom remarks in the moderation pipeline are not translated either, and this is giving us an operational issue.

Regarding OP, this is still in our roadmap, but we don’t have a timeline for when it will be done.
Sorry, that’s the ‘something else’ flag type. Here you’ll see an example of how it appears in Portuguese in the review queue, but the DM is properly translated.
