At the moment, User Custom Fields which are text fields have their layout / style scrambled on the Profile page.
This is the case also here in Meta (look in your profile) with the Pronouns field.

This is a screenshot from meta.discourse.org profile preferences page. I am experiencing the same issue on my test instance.
