Hey all,

I’m having a community member trying to sign-up, and they have green checkmarks for all fields, but they’re getting 'incorect username, email or password.

They’re trying to sign up with a .info domain, any suggestions?

Your site is probably behind Cloudflare.

Have you gone through the Cloudflare guide and ensured that everything is configured as suggested?

If you temporarily disable Cloudflare, does their signup succeed?

@Discoursenaut, I meant that I was asking you, but ignore it, since you indirectly answered anyway. (To summarise, instead of solving it yourself, you just redid your whole configuration during the transfer?)
