User statistics for the last $time

you can see overall stats on an instance in admin and it breaks things down into year/quarter/month/week buckets

I was wondering how difficult it would be to calculate for a user as well, instead of the high level stats the user profile page show? eg to be able to see my own activity/likes/solutions over the last month

There’s quite a bit of info in the User Directory if you have that enabled on your site? And you can tweak it to include a selection of things, as well as sort by column, and filter by user and viewable groups too:
