3명의(유추해 보면 무작위로 선택된) 사용자가 모든 다이렉트 메시지(시스템과 관리자 간 메시지 포함)에 추가된 것 같습니다. 
어떤 이유에서 이런 일이 발생했는지 파악할 수 있는 방법이 있을까요? 그리고 PM에서 이들을 제거하는 가장 좋은 방법에 대한 제안도 환영합니다. 
비록 그 과정에서 상대방의 목록에서도 제거될지라도 말입니다.
I believe that has been reported and fixed. If you update to Latest it should sort everything out.

and worst thing is I’ve actually read the announcement :
but thought… meh and didn’t click on the CVE 
I was already in the process of rails c my way through it…
but I can confirm that an upgrade resolves this…
