You can disable the site setting enable markdown typographer, but it will disable other things as well, as per the description:
Use typography rules to improve readability of text: replace straight quotes
'with curly quotes’,(c)(tm)with symbols,--with emdash–, etc
This setting will convert two or more consecutive dots into a … character.
Alternatively, without disabling this setting, you can circumvent this behavior by putting a backslash \ in front of the dots to escape the formatting, though it’s not very convenient for this:

will render as:
....
