At a glance this looks like a fork of the previous version of Font Awesome (v4)… Font Awesome 4 used a font to show icons, and we’ve since moved to displaying SVG files instead… so you won’t easily be able to replace the current set of icons with a font.
What you could do is download the source Fork Awesome SVG files and Replace Discourse's default SVG icons with custom icons in a theme.
