It’s been noted before that the graphs seen on the dashboard are almost always misleading, in that the current day is partial data and all previous days are full data.
I notice that a thread’s Likes graph has a much better style: all previous readings are blue and joined with a solid blue line but the current day is grey and joined with a grey dotted line.
Please use this better style also for all admin graphs!

Seems like a good idea to me, also not too complicated of a change! Working on it here:

Nice suggestion here: https://meta.discourse.org/t/ux-improvement-request-admin-… graphs-vs-user-graphs/394108
When a chart has incomplete data for the current period (day, week, month) this will make the line dotted and the color grey (using default color variables). This makes it more obvious that it's incomplete data and not some alarming change. I've also included `(so far)` within the tooltip.
Before:

weekly

After:

weekly

We don't seem to have a great way to test how these charts render, so I've added some to check for the incomplete data periods.

Thank you! It addresses the issue AND @Lhc_fl ’s concerns from the other topic
