Is an application that does not have a UX process prior to UI destined to fail or not grow in the market?

Sorry for any grammatical errors… I am using Google Translate!

To answer your question a bit, it’s true that we don’t have an organized UX process. Even without a traditional process, we always use Discourse ourselves, show features to users as quickly as we can, and always consider feedback left on Meta and from our customers.
The process of how Discourse is built is described a bit here Complaint-Driven Development
We’ve been growing as a company for almost 10 years now, so I think we’re doing okay!
