View Latest Topic overlaps with Category Name in Browse Other Topics

If the Category Name is longer than two words, the “or View Latest Topics” link overlaps with the category name.

I think this can be solved by removing “overflow: inherit” from the class.

I’m on Ubuntu using Firefox but have also had reports from some of our users.

Sure, @techapj can you add a consistent CSS max length for this with overflow, as per the topic lists?
