투표한 주제가 닫히면 "투표가 반환되었습니다"라는 알림을 받게 됩니다.
투표 수가 제한되어 있을 때라면 이 알림이 합리적으로 느껴지지만, topic_voting_enable_vote_limits가 비활성화된 경우에는 어색하게 느껴집니다. 이 경우 투표가 반환될 필요가 없기 때문입니다. 물론, 투표한 기능이 완료되었음을 알려주는 알림은 여전히 유용합니다. 무제한 투표인 경우 더 나은 문구가 있을 수 있습니다.

Previously topic voting always had limits, so when a topic was closed a vote was… returned to the voter and we notified them

Recently we added the ability to disable vote limits, and this notification no longer makes much sense. In this case, it would be better to simply notify the voter that voting has closed — which is the feature I'm adding here:

The icon is given the alias `topic_voting.voting_closed` so it can be replaced independently of the lock icon used elsewhere.
I also removed a translation that no longer seems to be used anywhere.
아직 이 플러그인에 추가적인 세밀한 조치가 필요한 것 같습니다. Meta에서는 여전히 제한이 활성화되어 있어 TL0의 투표를 방지할 수 있지만, TL1 이상은 999로 설정되어 있어 사실상 무제한입니다… 다만 이건 약간 주제에서 벗어난 이야기네요.
