When a topic you voted on is closed, you are notified about the “vote being returned.”
While this makes sense to me when the number of votes is limited, it doesn’t feel right when topic_voting_enable_vote_limits is disabled. There is no need for a vote to be returned in this case. But of course, it’s still helpful to be notified about a feature you voted for being completed. Maybe there is a better wording in the case of unlimited votes.
I think there’s some additional nuance needed in this plugin still, as on Meta we still have limits enabled so we can prevent TL0 from voting… but for TL1 and up it’s set to 999 which is effectively unlimited… but that’s a bit of a tangent
