I think you can all read the title, basically upon finishing the installation and having to register the admin account the activation email does not come, it’s been 3 hours so I am starting to have some doubts. What must I do now?

Check the logs of your SMTP provider, to see if the email was actually delivered.

Waiting the activation email, been hours still not received
