Hi here i wana to change forum username of forum community which is called discuss frappe how to do that

Contact the admins of that community, they can do it for you.
i already do that they said discourse admin only can do that they don’t have option to do that
That’s not true, none of the “admins” here control that site, They control it, If you get a hold of an admin on that community, point them here to this topic.
An admin has can visit admin > users
Search for your current username, select your profile, then edit the username field.
They can then click on the pencil next to your current username and make the change.
