경고 게시글로 전환해도 경고 배지가 제거되지 않음

To reproduce:

• send a new PM to yourself as admin, mark as official warning
• make public
• view topic list

The topic will still have a red PM icon:

It doesn’t stay on the actual topic, just seems to be a topic list issue
