Watching/tracking, a thread help text doesn't update

Hello folks while on mobile, when we try to watch/track a thread, the help text doesn’t update accordingly. Have to reload the page for it to update.

Description of notification level isn't refreshed after change

When I change the notification level of a topic the description next to it does not change. For example when changing from normal [Normal] to tracking it still says “You will be notified of someone mentions your @name or replies to you.” [Tracking]

I can reproduce the issue on desktop as well.

I’m not sure that this should be classified as a bug, but it does need to get fixed. Note that there’s a duplicate of this topic in the Contribute > UX category: Description of notification level isn't refreshed after change. That category would be more appropriate for this issue, but I’ll leave this topic open for now.
