I am using the Horizon theme, and I’ve noticed that the welcome image I set cannot be fully displayed on the page (the red box indicates the area I want to show). Additionally, a significant issue is that the search box always blocks part of the image. Is there a way to move the search box below the banner?
Also, are there any recommended banner plugins?

Yes, I’ve tried this banner component, but it doesn’t work very well for me, and I’m still figuring it out. I’ve seen forums designed by others that look very beautiful. Mainly, I want to achieve an effect similar to this: displaying the complete banner image at the very top (without being blocked by the search bar), while other information is also displayed very clearly (similar to the content I circled with red and blue boxes). The blue box part seems achievable with this plugin, but I’m not entirely sure—I might need to experiment further… However, my main goal is to display the complete banner pattern at the very top. May I ask which plugins can be used to achieve the design effect of this website?
The red one may be something custom. If you can send the link to the site you’re inspired by, perhaps the origin can be traced.
The screenshot you posted is not using the welcome banner that comes with the theme, but instead uses this Welcome Link Banner component.
