ماذا يمكنني أن أفعل عندما يتوقف مستخدميّ عن استلام رسائل التحقق عبر البريد الإلكتروني؟

My users can’t receive the email when they register. And it’s not one or two cases, it has been like this since 3 days ago and it’s for all new users who register after. What can I do to fix this?

Try to send a test email to yourself by going to /admin/email. Do you receive it? If not, there could be a problem with your email configuration.

Can you ensure that your email is correctly setup in your app.yml file?

I will see. Thanks. But I have set it up for over a year. It was working before and the bug happened a few days ago.
