If 2 factor is enabled, what happens if you lose your device or the phone gets reset? Can this be overridden by an admin to disable or reset it?
Asking because recently i took my phone to be serviced and they reset the phone without asking or notifying and I lost access to 2 website accounts I had on there.
Until the version 2 of 2FA is implemented, you will have to ask a site administrator to disable 2FA
Version 2 provides the security codes that you can use to access the site when you do not have the phone available
